Discover the world of contemporary photography with “5 LENSES,” an exclusive exhibit featuring works from five core members of Boston’s renowned Fountain Street Gallery. Presented at the Mass Arts Center’s Morini Gallery, each photograph offers captivating insights into the photographers’ unique approaches, styles, and narratives. The photographers include: Marie Craig, Georgina Lewis, Vicki McKenna, Rebecca Skinner, and Vanessa Thompson.

About Fountain Street:

Nestled in Boston’s vibrant SoWa Art + Design District, Fountain Street is a beacon of contemporary art. Since its inception in 2011, the gallery has been home to diverse media, exhibiting works from over 30 emerging and mid-career artists. Its expansive space includes its main and annex galleries, as well as a unique 24/7 sidewalk video gallery. The ethos at Fountain Street is about more than just displaying art. Marie Craig

Marie Craig specializes in cyanotypes on paper, with each piece offering a unique glimpse into abstract vistas. Her artwork, often characterized by its evocative and atmospheric qualities, has garnered attention for its intricate detailing and deep emotional resonance.

Georgina Lewis

Georgina Lewis’s work examines the tensions and artifacts arising from interactions in dissonance, using a diverse range of materials from nature and the anthropocene. A graduate of Bard College and SMFA at Tufts University, she’s an expert in converting three-dimensional worlds into compelling two-dimensional images.

Vicki McKenna
