For information about this class, please call The Academy at 774-284-4025 or email Director of Education Dori Bryan-Ployer at dori@massartscenter.org.Featuring material from the Disney Broadway Musical, Newsies, the “King of New York” class focuses on helping advanced students to further their theatrical training and working together to put on a theatrical performance. Students will be challenged with dance in both technique and flexibility. Students will also work on improving vocal technique and range through focus on breath support and healthy vocal placement. Students will also be guided in improving both projection/public speaking skills as well as characterization and emotional vulnerability in the discipline of acting. Join us to “Seize the Day” this summer!
